A Fitness Blog That Goes Beyond All Things

Hi everyone, and welcome to my fitness blog! I’m Paul Miller, founder of Just Home Gym. My goal here was not to create yet another general fitness blog telling you what exercise to do and when; but rather, provide my readers with all things fitness-related, AND motivation to give you that extra push you might need to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.

I started this journey when I was 25 years old, but I have to admit that in the beginning, there were times when I found myself taking way too many days off from my exercise regime. Nevertheless, it’s been over two years now since I’ve been living a 100% healthy lifestyle that includes regular workouts and a healthy diet. Some of my 5-6 days a week workout sessions include running, crossfit, boxing, weight training and calisthenics.

The journey so far has been incredible! I’ve never felt better or more alive than I do today. It’s definitely been a learning experience and I love nothing more than to share all my knowledge of fitness and the struggles that I’ve dealt with, with you.

What separates my blog from every other fitness blog?

I’m sure you’ve read it all before; how to lose weight fast, the right foods to eat to stay healthy, the basic workouts you should be doing, etc. It’s all out there. But here? This is where you can get up close and personal with someone who is not afraid to tell you the truth about his struggles, and yours. I want this blog to be a community where everyone feels like they aren’t alone in this; a place where they know they have a friend that will be supportive no matter what.
